MRA Spring 2021 Procedures
There will be no US Rowing-sanctioned regattas in our area this spring, but we plan to have some scrimmages with local teams. Covid-19 precautions will be enforced for the safety of all. These will include daily temperature and symptom checks, wearing masks on land, and cleaning and sanitizing boats and oars. Signatures from parents and rowers on MRA's Covid-19 policies will be required for participation in the spring season.

Rowing Changes Lives
Row with us. Row for fun. Row for fitness. Row for life.
Rowing can be a lifelong athletic pursuit that provides individuals with a wide range of opportunities for personal development. We strive to cultivate this rowing ethic in our programming. The opportunities include:
Physical fitness – Low impact, full-body aerobic and strength conditioning for a life time.
Social, intellectual and leadership development in a supportive and healthy environment.
Cooperation and teamwork in an optionally competitive environment.
Personal discipline, goal setting and self-awareness.
Immersion into and appreciation for the natural environment.
Our goal is to use rowing to help young people and adults develop positive life skills for happy and productive futures.
The mission of Manchester Rowing Alliance (MRA) is to provide youth and adults the opportunity to explore and refine the art and sport of rowing.
Our goal is to establish a community boathouse on the Merrimack River to serve the greater Manchester community. Our vision is a non-motorized water sports facility that will bring people to appreciate the river for its beauty, ecology, and recreational potential.
